Join us at Peller Estates during the 2014 International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend for a guided tasting and alfresco dining experience that celebrates all things Chardonnay!
Kick off your experience with a Sparkling Reception in our Barrel Cellar. Winemaker, Katie Dickieson, will then host and participate on a panel of four Canadian and International winemakers, each showcasing their Chardonnay in a tasting that will explore how the terroir, winemaking style and more, have influenced each of their wines.
Following the tasting, indulge in a 4-course lunch overlooking the vineyards in our picturesque Wine Garden. The menu crafted by Winery Chef and CityLine personality, Jason Parsons, will include one of his favourites- a Whole Roasted Pig – perfectly paired with Chardonnay. Each course will be created to pair with a Chardonnay to be presented by our winemaker guests.
