When it comes to pairing local food and wine, the folks at Fielding are always in the loop. That’s why each year the Fieldings celebrate local viticulture and horticulture with their participation in Graze the Bench. Graze the Bench is a local event with live music, chef-prepared fare and wine pairings. All this is happening June 1st and 2nd, 2013, at seven different Beamsville Bench-area wineries.
At Graze the Bench this year, Fielding is offering Smoked Farmer Sausage Sliders or a Quinoa Sunflower Slider with pickled slaw and whiskey mustard on a buttermilk bun served with Potato Salad, prepared by August Restaurant in Beamsville. Music will be provided by Canadian artist Declan McGarry.
