The Niagara Jazz Festival, presented by Twilight Jazz, is set for August 22 – 24, 2014. The three-day festival is dedicated to celebrating the art form by showcasing the finest Canadian and internationally renowned jazz musicians. With a multi-venue series of live jazz concerts, educational initiatives and free events, this weekend in Niagara-on-the Lake is not to be missed! To launch the festival organizers have invited the Lord Mayor Dave Eke of NOTL for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, August 22 at Stratus Vineyards. Headlining the festival is internationally acclaimed jazz group, Brownman Electryc Trio, sure to electrify the night! The evening will also include a performance by local jazz saxophonist, Alistair Robertson Quartet along with a video installation and jazzy DJ mixes by Niagara’s DJ Marinko.
