About the Position

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university 

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate 

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years 

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English 

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20 

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000 

Work Setting: Hotel 

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computer terminal, Windows, MS Word 

Specific Skills: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Set work schedules, Respond to customer complaints, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Develop business plans, Implement marketing activities, Enforce policies and procedures, Attend to persons with special needs 

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews, Conduct training sessions, Perform front desk duties, Sell products and services 

Security and Safety: Bondable 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail 

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less
