The building is also about 90 feet recessed from the sidewalk. Sixty five percent of the total land of Niagara Grandview Manor is covered with trees, grass, flowers.
All spacious, beautifully appointed guest rooms have balconies with a view of the Niagara Gorge, full ensuite (in the room) bath, king bed, air conditioning, cable TV, small refrigerator, telephone, private entrances. A number of rooms also include a fireplace. The Rooftop Studio Suite, which comprises the entire third floor of the main house and is located at the highest point on the property, is an exclusive suite with an incomparable view.
