Facebook recently announced that Niagara Falls is the top Checked In location in Canada.

The Rogers Centre came in second and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada placed third on the list of 12 top places.

Niagara Falls Ontario Mayor Jim Diodati is quoted as saying, “it comes as no surprise to me. Whenever I talk to people from Toronto, the Unites States or from anywhere, they think of Niagara Falls as something of a playground and a place to have fun for all ages. We are far enough for people to get out of Dodge, but close enough and affordable.”

I couldn’t agree more Mr. Mayor.
