Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock met in 1975 during a production of Jesus Christ Superstar. They formed Air Supply, signed to Arista Records, and had a breakout hit with "Lost in Love" in 1980. Their ballads resonated with audiences, and they achieved great success, including touring in China and Taiwan. They had a landmark hit with "Making Love Out of Nothing at All" in 1983. They were inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame in 2013. Air Supply celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2015 and are still creating beautiful music. They have left a lasting impact on the pop-rock genre and will be performing for the first time ever at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on February 29, 2024.
