Here’s a lovely photograph of the American Falls, Luna Island and the Bridal Veil Falls taken from the balcony of Niagara Park’s Refectory Restaurant in the early 1930’s. This restaurant is now called Queen Victoria Place. Note, the free parking right at the edge of the sidewalk. You can see one of the Maid of the Mist Steamers plying the lower Niagara River to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The lamppost in the lower right of the photo is still around today.
