This is a photograph from my collection of Marilyn Monroe with the American Falls in the background. Contrary to what a lot of folks think, this is a studio shot. Marilyn was positioned on a studio made wall, similar to the real one at the falls, with the Amerian Falls in the background.

Marilyn Monroe filmed the movie “Niagara” in the first two weeks June of 1952.Temperatures for the filming at that time was around 100 degrees Fahrenheit
