When I went into a few souvenir stores near the falls on one of my regular walks I noticed there was one particular Niagara Souvenir no longer to be found. It was anything that had to do with the Maid of the Mist.

When I asked a clerk about it she told me since the Maid will no longer operate from Canada (spring 2014) they won’t be selling the Maid souvenirs that have been so popular for literally over 100 years. Too bad.

However, I put together this montage of photographs that visitors can purchase to remind them of their Niagara Falls visit.

The Maid of the Mist will operate from Niagara Falls N.Y. in 2014 and a new operation, Niagara City Cruises, will offer tours in the Spring of 2014 from the dock that the Maid of the Mists operated from for many years.
