Oast House Brewers takes great pride in presenting the best that Niagara has to offer, working only with local farmers allows us to use only the freshest ingredients. Using these ingredients paired with our fresh ideas on the brewing process allows us to offer an outstanding one-of-a-kind taste showcased in our beer.

We are located near the historic downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake in a beautifully refurbished red barn, giving us an old-world atmosphere. In keeping with the already established viticulture, we offer brewery tours, tastings, private events in the Hayloft and food offerings. 

The culinary team of Brushfire Smoke delivers delicious BBQ style cuisine (classic American barbeque with a dose of Tex Mex) that complements our range of craft beer during the summer months.  During the winter, Chef and the team move inside and toss up Neuvo American style pizzas by Patina Pizza. Check the website for hours and days of operation.
