Outdoor Recreation

In Niagara, our most recognized natural asset is the Falls — but that’s just the start. Nature, horticulture, agriculture, floriculture, conservation and geology are all very important parts of the landscape along the Niagara Parkway.

From impeccably maintained gardens to hundreds of acres of naturalized parkland, the Niagara Parkway is the address of our area’s most beautiful attractions. There’s little wonder why it offers 55km of pure inspiration to artists, gardeners and nature lovers alike.

EXPLORING THE NIAGARA PARKWAY

Those wanting to take in all of the gorgeous floral and natural landscapes in Niagara Falls will not want to miss a tour along the Niagara Parkway. This scenic drive winds its way past the Botanical Gardens, Butterfly Conservatory, Floral Clock and, even, the Falls – and then past many of our most historic sites until it ends at beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.

And for our more active visitors, exploring doesn’t only mean from the comfort of a vehicle. Gorgeous adjacent trails allow you to easily hike, cycle or jog for a more up close and personal view of nature.
