Where is Niagara City Cruises located?

Niagara City Cruises is located in the heart of the Niagara Falls’ tourist district. Our Main Ticket Plaza and entrance to the Lower Landing/Boarding Area are located at 5920 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario. Look for the large white sails next to the Zipline to the Falls Tower.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is that once payment is received, all cruises are non-refundable unless Ticket Assurance is purchased at the time of booking.

Standard Bookings

Cruises may be rescheduled for the amount paid with 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled departure.
Within 48 hours of your cruise, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We are unable to offer compensation for no-shows or late arrivals.

Bookings with Ticket Assurance

If Ticket Assurance is purchased, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to your original departure time.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable cost of Ticket Assurance.
Ticket Assurance is only available for purchases made on the Niagara City Cruises website.

A passport is not required to board a Niagara City Cruises experience. However, if you are entering Canada from the United States or another country, then you will need a valid passport to cross the border.
