New Attraction is for the Bees
The Niagara Parks, the Ontario Parks Association, The NPC School of Horticulture Alumni and the Niagara Catholic School Board of Niagara formed a partnership to open a unique new bee habitat, about a 20 minute drive north of the falls off the Niagara Parkway, at the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens. The attraction is free and can be found in the Legacy Prairie Garden adjacent to the Butterfly Conservatory. The habitat will be home for about 500 different species of bees native to Ontario.
This bee habitat (bee hotel) is something unique and interesting for the whole family to see in Niagara.
