Two very popular long running outdoor concerts take place every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7 p.m. until the end of August.

On Thursdays The Steve Burnside Summertime Blues takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. rain or shine (THIS CONCERT ONLY WILL BE HELD AT THE CARNIVAL INSTEAD OF THE PARK). On Tuesday evenings at the same location Twilight Tuesdays keep another crowd entertained. Both concerts are free but a “pass the hat” donation is greatly appreciated. Volunteers maintain this large parkland where the concerts are held.

The park also features a playground for the children and there’s also a leash free Dog Park.
