Niagara Falls Through the Centuries
The Niagara Falls History Museum will be presenting from May 14 to September 6, 2015 an exhibition of a series of framed artwork on Niagara Falls mounted chronologically. The exhibit will highlight the variety of avenues and mediums used over the centuries to portrait Niagara Falls.
The exhibition is called, “Sharing an Icon” and it shares the majesty of our great cataract from print media to social media.
Suzanne Moase, Curator of the exhibition says, “Visitors will be invited to participate in creating a Digital Gallery by electronically uploading their own images of the Falls and instantly becoming part of the exhibition.”
There is a small fee to view the exhibition.
The museum is located at 5810 Ferry Street, Niagara Falls.
